Mr Alan Doyle

Alan Doyle is a graduate nurse in Oncology Daycare at Princess Alexandra Hospital. Alan was drawn to work in cancer care for its opportunities to develop ongoing therapeutic relationships with patients. 

As a student nurse, Alan completed his community nursing placement in Mai Chau province, North Vietnam. He was part of a team that fundraised $14,500 to provide care for 4,000 patients from 8 communities. 

Alan's commitment to improving nursing education was evident in his contribution to the Simulation Infrastructure Working Party at Griffith University. His student insights were instrumental in shaping the future of Griffith University's nursing simulations.
