Poster Guidelines

The CNSA 2024 Annual Congress will have both hard copy and digital posters available for delegates to view.

All poster presenters need to be registered for a minimum of one day of Annual Congress by the Early Bird Deadline for registration (30 April 2024) or the poster will be withdrawn from the program.

Hard Copy Poster Guidelines

• You will need to register at the congress registration desk when you first arrive to collect your registration documents. Registration desk staff will direct you to the Poster Display area. 

• There is no specific template or structure for posters except for size: no larger than 1m wide x 1.2m high (A0 size and portrait orientation is recommended). 

• Please ensure you bring sufficient velcro to secure your poster. The use of pins to secure posters is not effective as the poster boards are covered in a felt material.

• Posters are to be erected at the beginning of the meeting at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 19 June, 5.00pm - 7.00pm and should be in place for the duration of the meeting.
